I've been wanting to start a blog for a while. With the slow decline of LiveJournal, i need a place to spew my thoughts. I'm torn between using this site and WordPress though. So we'll see which one i like more.
a brief intro about myself: i'm twenty-two. i'm about to graduate with a BA in History and a concentration in Secondary Education. i have no idea if i want to teach. i live in a suburb on long island, in lovely new york. i've got a great boyfriend of two and a half years. i live with my mother and my [kind-of] stepfather. i work at a supermarket.
i don't know what i want to talk about in my blog. sometimes i want it to be my own personal ramblings, but i could always put that in a written journal because my life isn't all that interesting. but then again, i hate writing in journals. i could write about my life as a teacher, educating our lovely youth of tomorrow. but that gets depressing. i could write about stuff i find interesting. but who knows if i'm good at that. so i guess it'll be a combination of all three. or maybe i'll just ditch this in a few days. who knows.
